For nearly a century, Wisconsin rural lands have been the envy of America. Spaces in Wisconsin's countryside are still as beautiful and sought after as ever. Now, in these stressful and difficult times, families are seeking a return to a simpler lifestyle - one that includes open spaces, woodlands, wetlands, farmland and classic or contemporary rural homes. The team at Wildland Properties has decades of experience in buying and selling rural homes with acreage, including farmland, farmettes, vacant land, wooded acreage, hunting land, nature preservation plots and estates of all sizes.

Eric Grover, Team Leader
Bringing buyers and sellers of Wisconsin wildlands and homes together since 1983

Eric Grover grew up living the country lifestyle. He has sold countless Wisconsin properties, with a focus on land, acreage, hunting parcels, retreats, farms and farmettes. Looking for the perfect rural property? Hunting retreat? Vacant land? Farmland? Homesites? Recreational? Eric can find you the perfect property, at the right price.

There is no substitute in real estate for experience. When you specialize in rural and recreational properties it is even more important. Discriminating buyers that seek vacant land, homesites, hunting or recreational properties require a unique insight into the diverse properties available in Wisconsin. The vast array of details like zoning, land preservation, conservation and management can be daunting.

Familiarity with the area, ability to analyze trends, knowledge of market and market values are critical when professionally representing a seller. Eric has walked many of these counties, as a hunter and sportsman, and as a real estate agent. He has a keen sense of land and building value, market timing and strategic pricing.

Alex Weber
Alex believes that the value of land is not just what it is today, but what it could be tomorrow

Alex grew up as an avid hunter and fisherman in southern Wisconsin with his father. Those adventures turned to a passion and fascination with the land and the wildlife that called it home. That passion led Alex to attend UW Stevens Point where he majored in Wildlife Biology and Land Use Planning. After graduating Alex worked as a Wildlife Biologist and Project manager for a private conservation consulting and contracting company, where he planned, estimated and executed habitat management projects for landowners around the start.

He then became the Regional Representative for Pheasants Forever covering the State of Wisconsin. At PF he worked with chapters and a team of Farm Bill Biologist to raise money in support of habitat projects, outdoor heritage events, conservation advocacy, public property acquisition, conservation grant writing and with the various farm bill programs.

His knowledge, experience and passion for wild lands makes him the ideal advocate for his clients in buying and selling rural properties.
